10/10 I love Papik! I’ve been a service customer for 3+ years now and I recently got some work done that required me to have a loaner vehicle. It was during the cold snap with negative temps and windchills. Adam from the service dept loaned me a Traverse with heated seats and steering wheel. They’re also very good at communicating with you during your car’s service. For my routine maintenance, I love the easy process. They always work with my schedule.

Great place to get your car worked on! Got me in quick, was very upfront with time it would take to get done and the cost. The fix ended up having some issues and they offered me a loaner car while they continued to try and fix the issue! So happy they are so thorough instead of sending the vehicle home half broken! They kept in contact via phone regularly while my car was being worked on always asking before doing something! What a amazing service team 🙂
I have been doing business with Papik Motors for over 30 years, as well as my Parents and Uncle even before that and they lived out of town. My 2022 RAM 2500 broke down last night. I called Papik service after they opened to see if they could take a look at my issues. They said if I could be patient, they would try to work me into the schedule. Not only did they work me into the schedule; they went above and beyond to get parts for repairs and finished well before they quoted. I was back on the road before I expected and a little under the original quote. I’m very pleased with my experience with Papik Motors!!

I had a sensor on my dash replaced on a new 2024 Chevy with 3000 miles on it. When I got my vehicle back I had gashes and scratches on my dash and on defrost vent. Talked to service advisor immediately and he stated "employee should not have worked so fast." They did offer to replace both the vent and the dash, but due to first service experience will NOT be letting them replace anything.

Stopped to look at a vehicle. Salesman skin must melt in the sun, no one came out to acknowledge I was their, guess I’ll find one somewhere else.
I head and oil change and tire rotation. Paperwork showed that the tire pressure sensors were reset. They were not. They were not reset. Sad thing is, I cannot do it myself. I'm not about to drive 25 minutes from my home telephone to have it reset. The service writer reached out to me within a couple hours of posting my review. He was very courteous. Purchased new tire on the phone and specified need nitrogen in them. You set up appointment for me on this call. When I came for the appointment 1-2 days later, you stated the nitrogen station was broken and waiting for parts. I traveled one hour one way and didn’t get the nitrogen. You stated I needed to set up another appointment to get nitrogen. That is NOT customer service!!! With gas cost and time of travel I can’t afford to come back. If I would have know no nitrogen I would have purchased my tires locally.
I scheduled an oil change and it took them in an hour and 45 minutes to change my oil and put air in my tires very disappointed
Their Service Center is completely classless. They willing add unwanted parts and milk the clock on labor. I’m a local in Luverne MN and will never do business with Papik Motors again.

I purchased a car from this dealership a few years ago. When I needed new tires I came back to the service department and they were quick, so I was happy. We travelled from North of Brookings over to Luverne to look at the 2010 Suburban. Shane had the truck ready for us to look at when we got there. Bought 2013 truck which soon had over $2000 in repairs. They said, 'bring it in, we will take care of issue.' Then...said they couldn't fix it but charged me $100 to 'look over' vehicle! Kept vehicle for three days with no estimate of time, loaner vehicle and said 'sorry about the errors.' I AM SORRY! AVOID THIS PLACE! CROOKS!
I contacted the salesman we've bought from for nearly 20 years. He didn't have the car on the lot I wanted, but was very helpful in finding the car I wanted and only took 2 days to get it in. He made sure it had the features I wanted. He arranged for a dealer car while I waited for the new one, made things easy, and made sure to find all discounts and rebates we qualified for.
I took my 2014 Chevy Silverado to another Chevy dealer in Sioux Falls for a recall software update and a mysterious check engine light. The other dealership didn't do much for troubleshooting, wanted to start replacing parts, denied my extended warranty, and quoted me for $450 right out the gate. Alway willing to talk and answer questions look for vehicles and get the best deal possible. They don't try and sell you something you don't want.
We were treated very well by the entire staff. Sometimes car buying can be a trying process and they are very good at making the process as smooth as possible. I will definitely check them out again in the future.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had a tire blow out last winter and brought my vehicle there to repair. I paid my account in full the day of service. Nearly ten months later, I got a letter from the collection agency of Marshall saying I owed them $60 from an unpaid charge from Papik!!! They over charge on diagnostic fees as well as labor and parts. I got charged $108.00 diagnostic fee and paid $200.00 for leaking valve covers somewhere else versus Papiks $400.00.
Have purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have never had an issue. They are amazing to work with! Mike Lammert is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales person. We tell Mike what we are looking for and when he has or finds perfect vehicle, at a great price, we make the purchase. We now live in Northern Wisconsin and we still trust Papik Motors for all our vehicle purchases.
The Staff was so professional and friendly. There was absolutely no high pressure in any way. I found a problem and when I contacted them they were very cordial and wanted to see the vehicle asap in order that they could make the repair. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and I would not have purchased a second if I had had any problem with the first. I am very happy with my purchase experience.
We drove to Luverne from Sioux Falls and it was very much worth the drive. although they were short on employees when we went, they made sure when they got to help us the service was great! Salesman, Pete Connell, went out of his way to find us the car we were looking for in a timely fashion. He made a special trip to our house to look at our trade-in as we were too busy to bring the car to him to evaluate it. Once we picked up our new car, he was very thorough in showing us all the features and how to use them. We were introduced to the maintainence department which was exceptionally curteous, and again, thorough. We found this experience to be unique in our history of buying cars.
What makes a reliable dealer? I had a few issues regarding the sales and service departments on a vehicle I purchased. I was not happy with the results, but when I relayed this to Jordan Papik, good things happened. Not only did he resolve the issues, he offered way more than expected to make it right.
